Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply, (for best results listen with headphones).

Place your emphasis, your attention on the space around you, the space within which you are sitting. Turning around becoming the observer and going within to see the spaciousness that exists within you now. Allow your awareness to open and include all the infiniteness that you are. The all inclusive consciousness that you are now. The UNIVERSE INSIDE OF YOU.
