Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply, (for best results listen with headphones).

Meditation can be a frustrating exercise, if you are trying to control your thoughts. A simple and profound technique which gives you all the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits of meditation, is to simply tune into the energy that is within your body. Becoming aware of the aliveness that is you, without you having to DO anything, is quite an extraordinary feeling.

A sense of peace and calm can be experienced when you access the place where everything you need to happen for your body to function, is done. It is all happening without your conscious effort or attention. The earth is spinning in perfect proximity to the sun, all of nature is growing and expanding with ease and grace. You are in the natural flow of the universe and you can experience your connection to this incredible intelligence,when you experience the energy inside your own body.

Your body can be an access point for you to experience inner peace and calm. Here everything is taken care of and everything is working perfectly for your now in this moment.

Tuning into the energy of your body, especially your heart, is a wonderful way to bring your attention into the NOW.
