30 Minute Timer – with Uplifting Relaxation Music (Meditate, Quiet Your Mind, Focus)

Use this 30-minute MEDITATION TIMER with relaxing positive music for your daily meditation practice or deep focused concentration.

This is an opportunity to QUIET YOUR MIND. Get into a comfortable position and focus on your breathing. Remember thoughts are natural and when you notice you are thinking, with loving kindness bring your attention back to your body breathing.

There will be a bell at the end to signify 30 minutes is complete. If you open your eyes before then you will see the timer counting down, simply allow yourself to go back into meditation.

After the 30 minute bell, there is 1 minute of music to gently bring yourself back out of meditation.

Know that when you meditate and quiet your mind you are tuning into the infinite part of yourself, you are dramatically decreasing your stress levels and stress hormones in your brain and body and you are positively affecting your nervous system by allowing it to attain a state of deep rest.

If you can get to the place of no mind even if it is only for a few seconds during your meditation, your body is gaining deeper rest than when you sleep. Isn't that amazing!!!. You can get more rest than sleep and your body can relax into total homeostasis while you meditate!

Many scientific studies have shown that meditation physically affects our body and brain function. It has been found to improve concentration, focus, empathy, memory, vitality and emotional processing and decreases feelings of stress, fatigue, depression, anxiety and fear. Meditation improves your immune system and helps your body to function at its optimal level.

Meditating daily makes a massive difference in life. It helps to slow things down in this fast-paced society, it helps you to find balance and look within and then go out into the world with those feelings of clarity.

Meditation helps you to go from an average existence to an exceptional one.

When you experience expanded awareness and the feeling of calm stillness, at the same time as feeling happy and joyous, it is a blissful day, a sensational year, an extraordinary life :).

All interactions seem quite remarkable, life seems to hold a special meaning and purpose for you and relationships are peaceful, happy and loving, especially the relationship with yourself.
This is not to say that you won't experience challenges in your life, however, the perspective you gain and the peace you experience, helps you to FEEL differently about any challenges you may face.

Meditation is the little step every day toward for filling your potential, looking after yourself and being an awesome inspiration for others to do the same.

We wish with all our hearts to assist you in your meditation journey and although the actual time spent in meditation can be frustrating at first, the results that ensue when practiced regularly will make the world of difference to you feeling great about life.
