Guided Meditation for Gratitude (Appreciation Affirmation)
This is a guided gratitude meditation. In this short affirmation style meditation, we declare to ourselves all the things we appreciate in life. The Secret, Abraham – Hicks, Michael Beckwith, and many many others, have all noted that feeling grateful and appreciating what you already have not only helps you to feel better in the moment, but also (based on the Law of Attraction) will bring more pleasing, satisfying things toward you. If we only ever focus on the future, we will forever be in a place of dissatisfaction because there is a difference between what we have, or where we are now and what we want, or where we want to be. There are so many things to appreciate in life, (even if it is simply appreciating the air you breathe or the sun that shines). Finding things that satisfy you now about your present experience, will assist you to feel good and be at ease.
Our guided affirmation meditations are designed to help you practise new thoughts in the direction you really want to go. Make the switch from your default settings of lack, insecurity and not enough-ness, switch up a to feeling the abundance and prosperity that is your true and natural nature.
Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes and relax, breathe deeply.
